I tried to subscribe to a different product but all it seemed to do was enter me into the on line program. Guess I’m old fashioned but I want to download the program to my own computer. I’ll just pay extra for something I don’t need. Well, I am not using On Line Turbo Tax and am not working on 2019. I’m using desk top and preparing for 2020. Nowhere in the helpful hints did it imply it applied only to on line. It is a complete waste of my time now that I have added all of my information to the forms and didn’t want/need Live but see I’m going to be charged that fee. I THOUGHT I had the deluxe version but the website design, especially if you’re new to TurboTax is extremely challenging to navigate to check your product choices etc.
